With the finished construction of the Quincy Square project on 4th street there is now on-street parking again on 4th street. For now, the city is still providing FREE 2 hour parking at the Washington Avenue Garage (Lot #91) on the corner of 4th and Washington. Use the parking meter kiosk at the garage and choose the “Quincy Square 2-hour Rate” for free 2 hour parking.
