Parking/Construction

Starting in January 2025, the city will begin construction of the Quincy Square project on 4th street. This will mean that there will be construction on 4th street and all on-street parking on 4th street will disappear temporarily. The city is providing FREE 2 hour parking at the Washington Avenue Garage (Lot #91) on the corner of 4th and Washington. The city says to either use the Spot Hero app or use the parking meter at the garage and choose the “Quincy Square 2-hour Rate” for free 2 hour parking.

There should be a usable walkway to the front of the building at all times during the construction. Please follow the signs and instructions on-site. If you have any questions or can’t access the front of the building, please give me a call or text.
